Upon Check-in, pet given keepsake collar tag with name; pet is then escorted to room and provided with a plush pet bed, a place mat with food and water bowls, special treats and bottled water.

The Pet program also has a special pet menu with organic dishes and recipes from celebrity chef Ingrid Hoffman and Miami style food along with in-room dining. There is also a turn down service for your pet! Every pet is a VIP (Very Important Pet) and is given a welcome letter and special pet brochure that gives them all pertinent information (dog walking routes, parks, pet attractions, and commendable veterinarians).
